What a way to kick off “Art at Olive 8″!
A mannequin dressed in a couture dress designed by Madina Vadache greeted nearly 150 guests who attended the art show opening part last Thursday.

Attendees sipped champagne, feasted on hand-made Beecher’s cheese and hors d’ouevres from Urbane, and viewed works of contemporary art displayed amongst the model homes on the 27th floor of Olive 8. The dress is part of a month-long art installation in conjunction with Patricia Cameron Gallery that also includes works by artists Cheryl Hahn and Milan Heger, who were in attendance at the party, as well as other emerging Seattle artists.
If you couldn’t make it to the opening soiree, no worries! There are networking evenings over the next three Thursdays (4/22, 4/29 & 5/6) from 5-7pm. The luxurious setting at Olive 8 is a great place to meet with friends after work, check out the art and sample some light hors d’ouevres — and maybe try out the happy hour at Urbane in the lobby of Hyatt at Olive 8.
Everyone is invited to stop by these networking nights. Enter via the residential entrance at 737 Olive Way and the concierge will let you up to the 27th floor. The show is also on display daily from 12-5pm through May 6.
